Dan, Lanza's company owns 3 million shares of Xecom. I believe Lanza is effectively controlling Xecom at this time since the previous president Truher resigned, and therefore Lanza is as good a source as any to get information on Xecom. Realize of course that they are acting in an Investor Relations capacity and therefore take anything they say with some scepticism. As far as I know Xecom itself does not have its own investor relations. Ram
