Here are a couple of ideas...

Use the Kraft lookup and enter Turkey as one of the ingredients... if you have other things to use up, enter those also: kraftrecipes.com

For a simple tetrazzini: kraftrecipes.com - you can find the recipes you want by entering the name in the search box at the top.

Personally, I like to "dumb-down" recipes having all kinds of fancy ingredients to their lowest common denominator... for turkey tetrazzini it might be turkey, peas, mushrooms and pasta - so you could make it as a comfort food with a can of mushroom soup, a pound of turkey chunked up, half a pound of frozen peas and half a pound of pasta broken into small pieces. Use whole milk - maybe as much as a quart or more - and let it cook on low so it is just bubbling for a half hour or so - covered. Stir occasionally so it doesn't stick - you could even add a half a stick of butter if you wanted it richer. And if you wanted to add cheese - just add some shredded cheese or even a can of condensed cheese soup.

Now you know, just by looking at the ingredients that it would hard to go wrong with a dish like that - but all I did was to take a recipe, figure out what the main ingredients were and used those or simple substitutes. And leave out the sherry and eyes of newt or whatever. lol.

Enjoy!
