SeaDrill Limited (SDRL)

Anybody has a value opinion on SDRL? Company came out with earnings and a dividend increase. Prospects look good but competitors like Transocean Ltd. (RIG) are having problems. It may be a company specific issue for RIG. I own SDRL for it's low PE 7.4 but their cash flow is only as good as the long term lease you have on your drilling platforms.

Seadrill Secures Contracts For Two Ultra-Deepwater Newbuilds
gcaptain.com

One of the leases is with Tullow Oil plc (TUWOY.PK) valued at $204M. London based w/ good balance sheet but still susceptible to Euro credit issues.

"...The second contract is a firm 5-year contract for the ultra-deepwater newbuild West Capricorn for operations in North America. Seadrill does not specify who the contract was awarded by, but simply stated that the company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with a major oil company for the rig. The potential contract value for the five-year period is US$919 million, which includes a US$30 million mobilization fee...."

No name and almost a $1B contract???

I own the stock but would feel bettor if I new that the lessees were one of the solid U.S. integrated Oil companies.

Any opinion on the company?
