My understanding is that the Ronco deal is still on hold. However, the other deals on "what a product" has been accomplished with a very minimal share dilution 1.5 million or so. The web site is being undated and they have listed a number for investors to call (not toll free though). Also, trying to get product online ordering going ASAP. Even though on it's face, because the RONCO deal still is in limbo, the other deal sounded like it was done in a very favorable way to LAAQ. So there is some negative news, on the the RONCO deal being kind've on hold but there seems to be a lot of positive things going on. Ultimately, I think Ron and LAAQ will consumate the deal. IMO Anybody want to call managment for their take on what's going on. It would seem Carol would be the logical choice. My information came second hand from a local money manager. FYI: I would focus on the issues and not day to day trading of the stock. This came from my money manager. IMO Muf
