A sobering thought is that insiders can get it wrong . 2 stocks come quickly to mind . One a Labrador nickle deposit , the other a Mayla copper gold .

The Nickle was about 6 years ago . They hired an expert on these deposits from a University in Australia . He ended up buying 300 thous $ worth of shares . They never hit economic grades below surface . Him and his wife owned a nice little winery hope he did not lose it . He bought around 1 $ and it dropped before he could sell a dime .

The CEO and his wife bought into the Mayla deposit . In fact he bought out a debenture that had 10 mill shares as collateral but did sell 1/2 . The shares never got over .30 and dropped to .04 on drilling . No way for him to get out . About 3 years back .

In Cosigo's case there has been plenty of time for some one to get clear and at 5 or more time there $ for some of them . My take is they are very confident .

The threat here is not that of having a deposit or not or the stock going up on assays .

You never know for sure what a govt. will do , even though the people in place are pro development/wealth creation .
