Intrigued, you should be. The numbers are for real. But look closer and you will find what I consider a profit. The loss consisted of legal and related travel exp. from 1996 business and the re-structuring of the company. Plus I believe there were some mark downs of inventory(not a cash exp.). What I see is something over $30,000 in profits for the qtr. And even the nine month numbers are equally impressive when you disect them. This company is now "turned around" and heading up.
As for the type of business. The old LTI (lockhart tech.inc. I believe was the name) nolonger exist. LTI is still a registared name. But stands for "Labor To Industry". US Technologies Inc. is a holding company. LTI and NEWDAT are their subsidiaries. LTI is an outsourcing company which utilizes prison labor for many various projects. From assembly, packaging to perhaps sowing. Their current agreement is with Wackenhut Corrections Corp. Which has 35 detention facilities in the US., Australia, England and Canada. Simply stated, as USXX signs more agreements for the different prisons they will have a locked (literally) work force. And this type program benefits all involved.
