Well, I was never happy with MHR's negative earnings. A lot of people claim that negative earnings don't matter for small-growth E&Ps. I am not going to argue about that. I am also not going to change my opinion. :) MHRs PSR is also high. Their acquisitions are claimed to be cheap, but I am not very sure about it. Clownbuck discussed some other issues with MHR. I mostly agree with his thoughts. I prefer other E&Ps, but I got some MHR for fun/profit/education/etc. ;) Plus, I have a bunch of its prefs, so holding a stock position allows me to monitor the situation more closely. ;)
