Here Is The News Release: ************************************ International Canalaska Resources Ltd - News Release Interest in more Ontario claims to be acquired International Canalaska Resources Ltd ICA Shares issued 17,357,793 Nov 19 close $0.36 Thu 20 Nov 97 News Release Mr Harry Barr reports International CanAlaska has signed a letter agreement with Royal Oak Mines whereby CanAlaska can acquire Royal Oak's interests in certain mineral claim holdings in Timmins and Michie townships, Ontario.Details of work previously completed on the new properties, and the terms and conditions of the cquisitions, will be released following the closing of this transaction.On another matter, an initial geophysical work program consisting of line cutting and a mag/VLF survey has been outlined and budgeted for the 36 unit property recently acquired by CanAlaska in Timmins Twp (see Stockwatch dated October 21 1997).
