Alex: IPC and Sands start distributing a detailed merger circular a week from now, and they still expect the merger to be completed before the end of the year. The delay is due to the Nasdaq listing, TSE is already OK, but they are still waiting for SEC's formal approval. The extraordinary general meeting will be held mid December.

You can find Sands home page at sandsp.se At the moment it's only in Swedish, but it will soon be available in English.

I can easily understand you Alex, it must be very hard to resist buying at 3 7/8. I attended an interesting company presentation by Adolf Lundin yesterday, more on that later.
