"Sweetheart deal" is your term and I was saying there's no provision for future amendments to the technology. If Westell can buy the improved designs I hope it happens. It just doesn't serve anyone's benefit to have a misconception of what Westell's getting or what's being offered in the TI-Amati buyout. Pat
