Skipard,
I have been a long time fan/follower of your stock picking prowness.
I also have the utmost respect for your due dilligence.
With that said and done, I have a couple of questions in regards to this stock.
1)BLTI...is currently working at a deficit of almost 27mil.
averaging 2.2 mill. a year since 1994.
How much product will have to be sold before this company truely
turns a positive. if they are selling thier product at 150 per unit?
2) Reading into the 10-Q statement (which is not my specialty) I
read more than once that they will incur major cash problems in the begining of 1998.
If financing can not be established to meet it's obligations, continuing operations could be impaired.
My question is: How will they raise additional funding?
Dilition of more shares or pp's of options and warrents?
3) BLTI vs. Rudolf Schneider
Is this the only case the company is engaged in, where the distributor has failure to perform it's obligation in regards to purchasing the minimum quantities of BLTI products?
just some questios that make me ponder the future
insight would be appreciated
