Jim, Stockboy actually said that lower prices are a FAD? He probably volunteers to pay more than the list price. I think Genie is out of the bottle. It will be tough for Intel to put it back in. They have to come up with a good reason for people to again pay $500 for Intel CPU. One thing is sure, niether MMX nor AGP will cut it. Now let's see. How about something as original as MMX2? Surely must be better than MMX1. Maybe it will even deliver twice of what MMX delivered. But wait. 2 times 0 is still 0. Or how about calling it MMX-II, as in Pentium too? That's the ticket. Joe
