re: Cold turkey... I tried all kinds of things as well as cold turkey.. Cold Turkey finally won... I quit just like that... on maybe the 20th 'Just like that' LOL ...felt like an endless cycle of quitting... and then maybe I can have just one... which of course I couldn't ... and back to pack and a half a day... more on weekends :o( Finally got tired of the hell of quitting... so the last quit took.. that's what did it I guess.. Good for you... :o)
