At the end of calendar years is a time when government employees, Federal, often will make the decision to retire----------------to cashout. Just now I am hearing people tell me they are ready to cashout and save whatever they can--------fearful that Obama could be elected titular President again in 2012

I find the word 'cashout' an interesting one-------------------rather being humiliated with losing the 2012 election Mr.Obama could just lay down that Executive Pen, as the satire picture shows , or Mr. Obama could just "cashout".

Just think of all of the future trillions in dollars we would save if Mr. Obama would 'cashout'--------a new day for America.
