Hi Greg,

When you call in the certs are they taken out of the float (i.e. not available for trading)? Would this make the float smaller and
the trading tighter?

In my understanding that undeclared shorting means that there is no
limit to the number of shares that can be shorted. While calling the certs forces a cover, it doesn't stop more undeclared shorts from
flooding the float.
