Ok, so TI is not in the modem business. Makes sense.

It concerns me, though, that AMTX directors and management, who are supposed to know the xDSL business, would rather take $20 in cash now rather than cast their lot with AMTX/WSTL. If they don't want to be part of WSTL, that would mean they don't expect much in the way of WSTL share appreciation in the short/intermediate/long term? Why, then, should we hang onto our shares?
