In my humble and honest opinion, many world ills would clear up and evaporate if people would simply take all of their money out of the banks and close their wallets and purses to all except for the absolute basics and the minimum necessities. No hope of that ever happening, of course. The sheeple are walking, talking, impulse-buying fools. They're attracted to every shiny-new advertisement that flashes their way. They'll get what they deserve. -nfg-
