ROWLAND: The listing for NMS does NOT have to take long. In fact, once the application is in, which it will be by the end of the week, NASDAQ reviews for comments. This takes about 2-3 wks, well probaly longer with the holidays approaching. ATEC has to maintain a $5 bid price (intra-day volitility is not included) for 20 days then-NMS!! Since the split was recomended to ATEC by their investment bankers for this very purpose, it stands to reason that THEY will HELP ATEC get to $5. Maybe that is why the stock did not get slammed on the split, and is starting to creep upward?? Mike Irving
