Do you know how (a) how much each unit is to be sold for and (b)
what the price for common stock would be if the warrants are
exercised? Are the terms of a private placement for a public
company public?

Also, when I checked PC Quote today, it showed no trading in
PRCTD since November 11--over a week ago. This seems strange.
Have they changed their symbol again? I will check some other
quote sites to see if they show any trading.

Thanks for the information update re. the potential increase in
interest in/need for products like those PRCTD is developing.

PS: Are we the last two people in Cyberspace following this stock?
