I saw a commercial the other day put out by the American Lung Association. It showed a red baby carriage in the foreground with a coughing sound of a baby. In the background were various scenes of power plants belching smoke. My recollection was it was whit smoke in all instances. What caught my attention was one of the power plants was a nuke and the "smoke" was no doubt vapor from the cooling towers.

Tried to find it on YouTube but this is the only one I found, from last summer:
