it seems very probable that Amazon.com will face a material percentage of returned devices. We can speculate that unsatisfied customers are more likely to review and rate the device poorly, but it doesn’t seem outside the realm of possibility that between 7.5% and 15% of these devices might find their way back to Amazon. Since shipments are estimated at 3.9 million devices, that comes to between 292,500 and 585,000 Kindle Fires being returned.
