Alomex,

The stock won't really move from lockup shares until some selling is actually done! This could be soon or up to a year away. We could see S-3 forms filed as soon 98Q1, but that's just a guess.

Even with a secondary the stock may continue to fly high until a little fear of competition sets in. B&N and Borders should start firing up the internet business early next year also.

I expect AMZN to have about the same profile as EGRP, which has crashed just recently to about 50% from the high.
