LRAD Corporation, a company that develops and delivers innovative directed acoustic products that beam, focus and control sound over short and long distances, signed a new lease for 31,360 square feet of flex space at Crossroads II in San Diego, CA.

The one-story flex building totals 66,527 square feet and was completed in 1997 at 16990 Goldentop Rd. It features almost 90 percent office build-out and is situated on 5.3 acres in the Rancho Bernardo Industrial submarket.

LRAD's six-year lease includes suites A through I, with occupancy in the space scheduled for June 2012. The tenant will be relocating from its current location at 15378 Avenue of Science under a sublease for 23,698 square feet.

Ryan Grove and Jay Alexander of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the building owner, TA Associates Realty. Hughes Marino represented LRAD Corporation in the deal.
