ipo trading strategy # 4............. when an ipo a year or less old starts to have options traded on it pay close attention as it usually means a big move coming generally within a week or two. I've mentioned this before in passing but it is a great strategy. Works best if stock is just below some breakout resistance level. For example look at charts of IRIDF just before it broke 40 first time and STGE which become optionable a week ago and since jumped 7 AMZN just started trading em this week on watch list why it works i dont know but i sure pay attention BTW RMBS options started trading 2 days ago it had a fair day today +16 comments?
