I agree.............go with the refillable pod. 5 or 6 Christmas's ago a client bot us a Jura. One time we were putting it through the cleaning process when all the sudden it froze up (the thing is strictly run by computer.) I called the Jura people and they said just send it to them (the thing must weigh 80 lbs) and they'd fix it. The minimum fee would be $250. + what ever it cost to replace parts if need be + labor. Come to find out it froze up because it overheated in the cleaning process. Ever since, we've used cold water when cleaning and it's worked just fine. Go with the easiest system. These new fangled rigs are very expensive to repair. I think I'd die if my Jura ever really breaks down. This is it:
