Same formula as the previous record holder, Orange County. Exactly, Buddy. Jefferson County, AL is now compromised of only about 53% non-Hispanic Whites. Orange County, CA is now comprised of only about 44% non-Hispanic Whites. These levels are far below what is necessary for the responsible citizens to successfully mask the disastrous effects of the presence of undesirables who have proven time and time again that they cannot function in civilization without a free ride and all expenses paid for them.
