DB bearish on FSLR:
We are incrementally more concerned about the longer term profitability outlook of thin film companies such as FSLR. Non-silicon cost progress of Chinese solar companies was the biggest surprise that came out of the Q3earnings season. Assuming Chinese solar companies achieve the low 60c/W non-Si cost structure and poly prices are in the $20-25/kg levels, total costs of c-Si companies can decline to $0.72-0.75/W. FSLR would not make a profit even if it achieves the $0.60/W cost structure in late 2012 timeframe assuming that the company has to sell at a 15c/W discount to c-Sihttp://www.scribd.com/doc/75146895/Deutsche-Bank-Market-Reserach-Dec-2011-Very-Interesting
