This has me confused.<<< You're not the only one...I thought that the excerpt implied that since the changes were going to be enacted following Dec 31, and it mentioned that 2 -- 6 cents would be added to "the quarter", that it meant the pennies were to be added to 4Q's eps. Now I'm totally confused as well! I tell ya, just glancing at all the legal rhetoric in 10-Ks makes my eyes droop and drool trickle down my chin in sympathy. Style Pts.
