Mike Irving---You forgot to say that the SEC and FRB have tightened their rules for NMS listing. They are looking for much more than a $5 bid price for 20 days. Some of the factors are the amount of shareholders, financial stability, past price performance of the stock, outstanding debt, and many other things. This is important information for current shareholders that need to know the whole story. Jan
