Stopped by today and picked up a prospectus. C3's office is
located in a generic looking office park off Aviation Parkway
about a half mile from the I-40 exit. Didn't speak to anyone
except the receptionist. The offices look like people are in
the process of moving in.

After quickly bouncing through the prospectus, I wonder:

Q1 - When they asked the jewlers to tell the difference between
the SiC crystals and Diamond, what grade diamonds were used?

Q2 - Since SiC is the second hardest known substance, shouldn't
there be a market for industrial abrasives? Is SiC being
targeted for use as an abrasive? If not, why?

Q3 - The prospectus indicated the manufacturing process cannot
yet reliably produce consistent quality crystals. What are
the reasons? How is the problem being dealt with? When is the
problem expected to be resolved?

Q4 - What is the per carat target price?

If anyone can answer these questions thanks. If anyone has other
questions, please post them and I'll try to set up an appointment
to go back over and ask them. C3 is only a mile or two from my
office. Doing DD is so much easier when the company is so close.

oo.
