PSRU quick bullish chart recap 20ma crossed the 50ma, closed even with upper bband, 0008 is 200ma for major breakout, accum/dist coming up, low vol pps increase -> add all this up and mix in an 8k and maybe some news and we could rip the roof off the chart imo, 0015-002 step 1 on the chart.
