Initial DEC permit testing feed rate 1000 lbs/hr.

Expected maximum feed rate testing to be at 2000 lbs/ hr.

Actual DEC permit maximum feed rate testing 3932 lbs/hr.

That is a 4 fold increase in actual DEC supervised tested feed rate.

It is a 2 fold increase over expected increase in max feed rate.

The fuel produced was called in spec fuel. Please remember that DEC required that the output product must be shown to be marketable.

The "bloody delay" was the time it took to increase the capacity of the system by 100% at no additional cost per processor.

That will halve the number of processors required to meet RKT's requirements. It will halve the capital requirements for the RKT contract. It will halve the roll out time to fulfill the RKT contract.

That applies to any additional contracts that may be coming.

Seems like an effective use of time and money to me.

Now....it is quite clear that getting additional processors built and on-line is the first order of business.
