Yep, derivatives are netted and
siphoned away to weak link
speculative counterparties that
won't blow up only as long as
the credit bubble keeps inflating.
We know it no longer does.
So, Fed has to backstop these,
or else we have a global melt
via the chain reaction of counterparty
defaults. Backstopping at our expense -
required mucho printing inevitably
leads to big inflation problem
