I can overlook your translation of four times the production given that the initial machine was supposed to be 20 tons per day (40,000 pounds per 24 hours would be more than 1,000 lb/hr)...but I don't recall seeing anything from the NYDEC requiring anything more than was related to emissions or waste. Please correct me if I'm wrong and that the NYDEC really did require the output product to be marketable.
