Democrats have not had 60 firm votes for the Obama agenda at any time. Don't county Nelson and Liebermann because they routinely support Republican filibusters. Then how did the ATROCITY/ABOMINATION named ObamaCare get passed on Christmas Eve with a dirty sneaky vote? Time for a fact check kenny_troll.
