I am conflicted. If I have a republican congress and a bigger republican senate minority, then having Obama is fine. I am worried about someone Obama like with the same makeup for Congress. Then bad policies will become LAW. Right now, no bad policy can become law. EDIT: And people who think healthcare law can be overturned by the next prez can forget about it. Senate democrats will stop that with 40+ votes. They will stop everything if the prez tries to overturn by fiat. The only possibility is that the supremes will reject the law. I hope that happens.
