I called back to ask them how they connect everything in the apartment and maybe see what kind of box is involved and who makes it, but they didn't know. The second operator wasn't even sure the ran fiber all the way into the apartment. They do claim you have capacity for 50-70 kbytes per sec download, so whatever the media is, it's fast. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a connection real soon <G> Dave
