AirTouch Signs Letter of Intent With Elephant Talk for Carrier Grade Mobile Services Platform AirTouch-LightSquared Partnership Is Strengthened by a Proven Mobile Virtual Network Enabler
NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwire -12/13/11)- AirTouch Communications (OTC.BB: ATCH.OB - News) ( www.airtouchinc.com) has announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent with Elephant Talk Communications Corporation (AMEX: ETAK - News) ( www.elephanttalk.com) for the implementation of a Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE)Platform in the United States connected to the Mobile Network of the LightSquared 4G LTE network. The agreement stipulates that Elephant Talk will provide a full Mobile Virtual Network Enabling system that includes a Gateway Support Network (GGSN), IN Intelligent Networking Platform, a Customer Relationship Management platform (CRM), a Full Rating & Billing Platform and a STP/Signaling Platform for AirTouch to launch its services in the United States. It is estimated that a definitive agreement between parties will be reached shortly.
