Its the large numbers of private investors who own this stock, buy and hold investors who have long ago calculated the data about which HM4E simplifies.

And yet, there is no awareness about the actual ownership and systemics will do as they routinely do.

Disconnects with trends occur when recognition that prevailing systems intent is locked onto its goal.
