Patrick, One thing I didn't think of earlier today is the distance constraints of FC. At distances of greater than 10 km, quarter speed is all that's available. I have asked Ancor to clarify the distance, since this is critical for FC performance, but also is an ATM advantage. ATM is supposed to be able to maintain high speed over unlimited distances (as long as you are leasing the line). If they chose quarter speed FC at any distance between 10 and 40 km, it is an even more significant accomplishment.
