Can someone explain to me about the DGC flowthru shares....if the Directors are buying them at $35 and change why is the stock dropping almost 10% today? I don't get why a director would purchase a flowthru share today for $35 and hold it for the required period of 4 months, when he/she could purchase a share right now for just over $25.
