Not sure of that but I don't expect it was really completed until the stack test - probably couldn't be used until that point. Lots of testing as you would expect. JBI is the only company that I'm aware of to successfully design and integrate a pre-melt system to fed a pyrolysis reactor - the other attempts were not successful - yet another part of the system that I expect to be patent protected.
