You are correct about an OUTPERFORM. My feeling is this rating allows room for an upgrade after KLIC demonstrates rev. performance as well
as allows Jay D. to not have egg on his face if the stock retraces to previous lows due to market jitters.

Either way, the text tells the true story not the rating. I've been waiting for a pullback to the high 20's to load the rest of my boat but it doesn't look like we'll see that anytime soon unless there's a market meltdown.
