I have owned POT since 1994 (initially bought at $23) when I heard about it from UBS's chief equity strategist and NatWest. It is now part of my core portfolio, along with MSFT, INTC and CSCO--this shows you how I regard it quality-wise. If you have not established your full position, IMO now is a good time to do it as the stock would not stay at the $70s level for too long. Another tip to share: Merrill Lynch has been actively following this stock, and you should be aware of what they say and use it as a contrarian indicator (I hate to be so cynical, but have learned from past lession.)
