The money they raised for the Master control was not a reg-s or reg-d. I know first hand as it was my client who gave the money. Matter of fact we own every share. My client is a long term holder. We don't care if the stock doubles from here. We believe the upside from hear is substantial. We've doubled many times and still hold our positions. We have lost some too. I finally had to shut the negative guy up as he doesn't know the facts. You can't argue with me as I did the transaction. You're only reason to be on this thread is to be negative. If you're going to talk, then know the facts. I do know the facts.
