john, et al, somebody please have twt fax them a guarantee that ALL shares (preferred and common alike) are subject to this reverse split. sometimes idiots are right and i don't feel like paying IF they are. it seems that the preferred must be subject to this split.

i'm in on a class action if not. it is wise to get this fact in writing, though. it is not wise to ASSUME anything. stranger things have happened...
