An important point... In this market environment right now perhaps the most important aspect of making an investment decision is whether the management of the company has the shareholders interests as the first priority. The potential to pull the trigger on dilutive financings to enrich insiders and/or investment banking buddies is a real risk. Large cash balances are the best protection.
