It means that 050 is pissed out, rather than being processed by liver enzymes. The "cyp" liver enzymes are sometimes asked to do double duty, and you can change a drug's clearance profile if you're simultaneously taking a medication that uses the same enzyme. That is, Incyte is implying that other important medicines are cropping up that have liver clearance issues with tofacitinib.

Specifics, I know nada. I just did a BRIEF search, google and PubMed, and didn't find much of interest.
