So Sommerset closed down after they made an offer to JBI.... So what?

The point was only that there were companies that were willing to buy JBI's output.

As far as "Mr. Bordynuik has made no attempt since then to get another offer from anyone verifiable." goes.... You have no idea what JB had or has not done in terms of obtaining offers.

To leap from having no information to concluding JB has made no attempt, is completely unsupportable.

When JBI announces fuel sales you will have the information that you so impatiently desire.

What Sommerset refinery deal?

There was an offer from Sommerset to purchase P2O output at WTI price. Sommerset closed their refinery for lack of crude.

Was their a "deal" with Sommerset announced that I missed?
