Andrei, that's two different issues: income vs. cash flow

Their cash flow undoubtedly is very positive, if for no other reason than they are reducing inventories (less inventory to finance = more cash flow) which is accomplished by shipping less product into the channel (less receivables from customers = more cash flow). They were already sitting in a pile of cash, so why not pay off high-rate debt and eliminate the interest expense? They sure aren't getting that rate of return when they park their excess cash.
